The end of the Erasmus+ project “My Hobby! My Business!” for developing entrepreneurial spirit and employability skills among young people

Today, 31.07.2024, marks the successful ending of the Erasmus+ project “My Hobby! My Business!”, which provided young people from Spain, Greece, Portugal, Turkey, Italy, and Romania the opportunity to develop their entrepreneurial spirit and employability skills. Coordinated by the ODES Association, the project brought together 30 participants and 6 leaders from these countries.
Throughout the project, young people were engaged in various non-formal activities designed to raise their awareness about the importance of entrepreneurship and employability skills. Intercultural dialogue, exchange of experiences, and diversity were essential elements that defined the success of this project.
Participants had the opportunity to develop key competencies in the fields of entrepreneurship and employability, thus facilitating their access to the European labour market. Additionally, the project promoted solidarity and tolerance among young people, contributing to social cohesion at the European Union level.
Solid partnerships with youth organizations from Greece (Hellenic Youth Participation), Italy (Associazione Scambieuropei), Portugal (Hawk Stars NGO for Education, Innovation & Social Development), Spain (Asociacion Deses-3), and Turkey (Sof Dağı Gençlik ve Spor Kulübü Derneği) were fundamental in achieving the project’s objectives, demonstrating our common commitment to promoting the personal and professional development of young people.
